Important note when returning an order from a non-EU country
Please note that when you return your order from a non-EU country, customs clearance fees and VAT will be charged upon arrival. On orders up to €150, these costs are €11 fixed + 21-23% variable VAT. On orders from €150, these costs are fixed at €35. We deduct these costs from the purchase amount to be credited.

Are you not satisfied with the products you received or do you want to return your order for another reason? You can always return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Make sure you order and items are:

• Complete and undamaged
• Unused and in the same state as delivered

Exchange for another item
